Hi Jennifer, Thanks so much for your inquiry. The courtyard area at 620 Jones looks wonderful. Sunday drag brunch! Ooooh Sounds fun! We offer stunning & unique ambient entertainment and fire entertainment that would be a great fit for the networking event April 20, 5:30 pm - 10:30 pm. Roving Entertainment 6:30 pm -9:30 pm Menu of Entertainment Options Fire Dancers: We spin a variety of props and have been in conclave at Burning Man and lots of other events; and carry liability insurance. We offer fire shows with 3 or 4 entertainers and can offer ambient as well. For your event, I'm thinking 4 dancers from 6:30-9:30 pm; 2 to 4 dancers out at a time with 2 to 3 safety people. *Costumes: we love to customize. All white, black tribal, old timey circus, slit weave, cirque, glam, galaxy, goth, or mirror are all possibilities. Rates: 3 hours ambient: $700/dancer, $300/safety 4 dancers + 2 safety = $3400 Add a lollipop lyra artist - who can incorporate a touch of fire into her act. $1600 Add stilt walkers with fire - We can : ) Let's discuss. 4:45 pm arrival, 4 ten min. ambient sets per dancer Fire breathing : yes! add $150 We offer 2 male entertainers who breathe fire. Normal fire show rates: $2400 for 4 person, 25 min. show with LED & fire dancing. This is with an arrival 1.5 hours prior for make up and set up - if a green room is available. A little later if it is not. Our full night/day rate is $1200/walkabout entertainer. So with 3 hours - ambient I'm trying to offer a rate to accommodate everyone. The dancers would offer a variety of props to keep things exciting. Upscale costumes TBD. Our entertainers are insured. We can provide 4x4 wood platforms - up to 4 of them. Short risers. As long as there is a way to get them on-site. This riser is visible in the luxury video clip - our handbalancer/contortionist is on it offering ambient entertainment. And I will include a contortionist photo. LED Dancers We offer LED props: buugeng, hoops, fans, wings, and more for our walkabout entertainers and stilt walkers. Stilt Walkers: $750 1st hour, $100 each additional half hour; they can come down and switch costumes
to be servettes - treats or LED tables with a reduced rate for multi purposing.
Other wallkabout ground artists $600 1st hour, $100 each additional hour.
You could let me know how many you'd like. 3 might be ideal for the size of your crowd. Or 2 with an aerialist.
Walkabout Magicians

Lollipop Lyra
Wonderful aerialist with a portable apparatus. It has about 20 mins set up and 20 mins take down time.

Contortionists, Contortion on a cube, Lollipop Lyra or a Triangle
- All can be ambient sets: 10 mins on, 20 off.
Aerialists (on lollipop or triangle), Contortionists, hand balancers - can be ambient, 10 mins on, 20 mins off up to 3 sets. 1.5 hours total, $1500-$2000 each, depends on apparatus.
Belly dancers or Serpent Dancers are possible. Their rates are lower, please inquire and I can confirm their availability.
